RUDE AND SHORT. I scheduled an appointment and they made me wait 30 minutes to be brought back from the waiting room, then they put me in a back office room and make me wait almost an additional 30 minutes it seemed before REEDER came in and quickly explained all the fractures I had on my face and jaw and how even though she told me I needed oral surgery when I was in the hospital, she no longer thinks I need surgery.When I tried to ask REEDER a question she kinda snapped at me and said "I wasn't finished speaking".So I let her finish and then I meekly asked her if it would be okay to ask a question now, at that point she allowed me to speak. I guess it was really an insurance issue. When I called to schedule I explained the only insurance I had was through the VA and I was told by the receptionist on the phone to not worry and just come in, she said it will be fine. It wasn't. After I was done they were trying to hold me as long as possible inorder to get $300 from me. Why schedule a person to be brought into your doctor's office if the Dr's are going to prioritize patients with better insurance and just leave you waiting and then when you try to ask questions or get copies of yo

What an amazing experience I had with Dr. Reeder and her entire staff! From the warm greeting by Ginny at the front desk - to the gentle care and genuine concern by Dr. Reeder - they all made my biopsy easy and - YES pain free! When the negative results came in - I was wrapped in hugs and support with clear direction and referrals to my wonderful oncology surgeon at MD Anderson. Dr. Reeder even called him personally, so I could get in ASAP! I felt like I was led to this office for a reason - and the reason being that EVERYONE was supporting me, and even (with asking) praying for me! Ginny is especially a bright light - and upon leaving that day her hug and encouraging words held me tight through two surgeries to remove the cancer! Thank you to EACH and EVERY one at this office! Dr. Reeder's bedside manner is unmatchable - and her skilled hands, and gentle touch made my procedure - honestly - pain FREE! I am schedule for reconstruction surgery for two teeth next month - due to removal of them in order for ALL of the cancer to be fully remove and I am not afraid - but confident that Dr. Reeder will provide the BEST care and best options - with little to no pain! Dr. Reeder and her staff are excellent. They took great care of my 82-year-old mother after she injured her eye, showing patience, kindness, and professionalism. They made her feel comfortable during a very scary time, and Dr. Reeder even took the time to follow up on her care. Thank you for the wonderful care and attention Dr. Reeder and Staff.

Dr. Reeder provided exceptional care for my mother after she suffered an orbital fracture. I was out of town at the time, and she went above and beyond by personally communicating with me—sending updates and keeping me informed every step of the way, even through the follow-up. It’s rare to find a physician who takes the time to connect with family members like that. Her compassion and attentiveness made a stressful situation feel calm and reassured me that my mom was in the best hands.

Dr Reeder and staff are excellent. She is truly an expert in her field. I had a sinus lift bilaterally, bone grafting, and implants upper and lower. No problems at all and I am very happy with the end results. It takes a little time to get there but she does things the right way as it should be done. Time and patience gives a beautiful new smile that will last a lifetime. Thanks Dr Reeder!!
